The Association for Talent Development (ATD) was founded in 1943 and is currently the leading non-profit organization for workplace learning.  The main focus of discussion is to improve talent development, corporate learning, organizational development, leadership, skills and other fields.

As the wave of globalization sweeps across, language ability has become a key indicator for companies to compete on the international stage.  The event date of the 2024 Global Talent Development Summit was: October 29th to October 31st.  A total of 60 speeches were held, and more than 60 top international and domestic elite experts were invited to share practical experience and knowledge.  This special event Fullchamp General Manager Y.S. was invited to give a lecture on “Corporate Language Management and Globalization Strategy: The Key to Improving the International Competitiveness of Talents” at the “2024 Asia Pacific Conference” on October 29, sharing how Fullchamp uses Effective language management strategies have successfully increased the average TOEIC score by 41% within 5 years, cultivated a team with an international perspective, and successfully transformed from a traditional industry into an international company.

General Manager Y.S. emphasized that setting clear “English Job Standards” is the first step to improve employees’ language skills, allowing companies to quantify and clearly understand the English skills required for each position, and plan training courses step by step.  At the same time, it was also mentioned that in the early days of establishing standards, human resources units and department heads play a vital role and need to lead and support English improvement plans, including organizing regular English training courses, providing practical opportunities for foreign language communication, and through continuous training and evaluation, thereby enhancing the team’s competitiveness and ability to respond to international market challenges.

The president of ATD Taiwan said: Fullchamp effectively improves employees’ language skills by setting clear job English standards and combining it with continuous training and practice.  Fullchamp’s experience indeed provides a good example for Taiwanese companies.  The improvement of language skills is not only personal growth, but also an important part of the overall development of an enterprise.  Through systematic language training and management, enterprises can better expand overseas markets and achieve the goal of sustainable operations.
